I am Teacher Hargie from the land of the Pearl of the Orient Seas, the Philippines. With over 19 years of experience as a teacher and as a guidance counselor teaching and guiding elementary, secondary, and college students in different schools in the Philippines, I have the abilities, combined with a passion for teaching and work ethic that will contribute to the betterment of the community that would produce a well-rounded individual. As a teacher and as a counselor as well, I am committed to serving and helping students realize their full potential and achieve their goals by providing them opportunities that will bring out the best in them through different online activities. I have learned that if students will be motivated to learn, they will be hungry for learning and become more confident in their abilities. Teaching, motivating, and counseling are my passion and will continue to strive to educate young minds and inculcate in them the importance of moral values. Teaching learners the FUN WAY is the most effective tool in teaching different languages and they will learn best to attain their goals using the following specific techniques; a. specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bounded (SMART) b. Hi, I'm Teacher Hazel. you can call me Zel…., with 1… year of experience teaching English to hundreds of Vietnamese students from zero to higher levels. I am from the Philippines an experience I had been teaching Junior High school where I taught various subjects such as English, math, science, and computer and I also teach Chinese from kids to ADULTS . I found my strong passion for English young learners in Vietnam. When teaching them, I realize that Vietnamese people are hardworking and I love working with them.
